2000	A NetOp program is running. Please terminate the program and run uninstall again.
2001	You can not uninstall NetOp on Windows NT unless you have administrator rights.  Please login with administrator rights and try again.
2002	You can't run two uninstall programs at the same time.
2003	Are you sure you want to completely remove NetOp and all of its components?
